And so after leaving a note each for my 3 boys and my husband my journey starts .. The journey is more complicated  and expensive for me (as I am completely self funded) .. due to the airport strike at athens tomorrow which is a pain .. but will be fine in the end ..

The luggage I have with me is tremendous. . I am hoping the airlines are lenient considering the purpose of my trip ..

Donors continue to support and people send messages of good will which is great … The fund exceeds £4K .. which also exceeds my initial expectation … people have been very kind and supportive which has been very motivating .. especially my husband who  will have to manage the household (which is v busy) and his job for the best part of 10 days  . . Well here it goes .. one love x
